After set up the equipment, the straight length of this production line is about 43 meters, having 28 assembling stations, 26 gluing clips, with the speed of 8000 book/h.
It is said that this production line can assemble automaticly, and operate the whole line which only need to equip 6 to 8 people. Its daily work amount is equivalent to that operated by 200 manual workers. Due to camera monitoring function, it also can timely detect situations like component mistaken, unattaching and so on, so as to greatly reduce the reject rate, further ensure the stability of product quality and its high quality.
