Guangbo Group held the training on shaping good managersranteed

Employees' quality determines the quality of an enterprise. Professional management group determines the competitiveness of an enterprise. To enhance Guangbo Group managers' awareness of working and the level of professionalism, on August 28, the Group invited senior trainers from Shidai Guanghua expert lecturers' group to give a vivid training on shaping good managers. It's reported that this training was one part of the activity "hundred trainings into enterprise" launched by Yinzhou Personnel Bureau, to enhance enterprise's soft power, help enterprise seek opportunity among crisis and strengthen the ability to resist financial risks. The purpose of this training is to enhance middle management staff's human resource management ability, grasp the ideas and methods on talent selecting, talent employing, talent training, making talent to stay and stimulating employees, adjust middle managers' cognition on its role in human resource management.
