Wang Liping, President of Guangbo Group, always has such concept. The enterprise can't develop without the employees' dedication. Caring about employees and helping them solve problems as possible is the enterprise's responsibility. Therefore, as early as 2002, Guangbo set up staff mutual fund, jointly funded by company's management and employees. Whoever has difficulties can receive condolences from thousand yuan to tens of thousands yuan. In recent years, it has released over 3 million yuan, helping solve over 500 employees' urgent needs.
In rcent years, more and more Guangbo Group's name is seen in charity work, sunlight financial aid plan, set up Guangbo scholarship in colleges, launched Project Hope school in Guizhou, invested 10 million yuan setting up west region's educational fund, helped school-age children receive education in regions like Tibet, Guizhou, Gansu and Inner Mongolia. Meanwhile, Guangbo paid for employees' reeducation, encouraged employees to study for college degree, and delivered the scholarship for them.
