On July 1, Ningbo city held a congress to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Party building, and awarded Guangbo Group party secretary Wang Liping the title of Ningbo outstanding communist party member.
Wang Liping, male, the han nationality, born in 1960, postgraduate degree, senior economist, successively as director of Ningbo Yinxian Electronic Windows and Doors Factory, general manager of Ningbo East Printing Company, party secretary of Guangbo Group and so on. Used to gain honors like national packaging industry advanced worker, China stationery leader, 2009 top 10 outstanding Ningbo businessmen, China Charity special contribution award, Ningbo model worker, Zhejiang excellent start-up entrepreneur, Zhejiang outstanding builder of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. He is a deputy to CPC 12th Congress of Zhejiang province, Zhejiang NPC member and Ningbo NPC member.
Since 1992, after over ten years of struggling, he has created a small-scale workshop that was in debt and on the verge of bankruptcy into a modern enterprise group integrating digital printing, environmental protection stationery, investment and trade, new material electron, a combination of industrial capital and financial capital. At present, the company has about 7000 employees, and the total assets of 7.5 billion yuan RMB. Its products are exported to over 100 countries and regions. Guangbo Group has won state-level honors such as “National May 1st Labor Certificate”, "Chinese famous brand”, “Chinese well-known trademark”, “China’s export brand-name”, “national hi-tech enterprise”.
In July, 2006, after selected as party secretary of Guangbo Group, Wang Liping attached great importance to non-public enterprise party building work, set up migrant worker party branch, and put forward “plan for migrant workers party members back home to carve out”, has gained praise from the society. Guangbo Group Party committee has been listed as non-public enterprise party building model unit.
When doing well in non-public enterprise party building and grasping the management, Secretary Wang Liping actively fulfill social responsibilities. In recent years, he and his Guangbo Group, through various means, have donated 50 million yuan RBM to the society.
