The festival is coming. To enrich employees’ spare time and corporate culture, on the evening of September 28, the Group held the singing competition to welcome 2011 National Day.
Before the competition, on behalf of President Wang Liping and Group company, deputy secretary of Party Committee Shu Yaoping made a wonderful speech. He said, today Guangbo people gather together, to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the founding of the motherland. Having this singing competition not only fully embodies the staff’s strong patriotic sentiment, but a party showing Guangbo people’s achievements on the construction of spiritual civilization. Hope all participants fully carry forward the spirit of uplifting, active enterprising, performing their level, friendship and brand-new outlook of Guangbo workers in the new period, try hard to gain the harvest of both talent show and construction of spiritual civilization.
At 18:30, the competition starts. The brilliant stage, enthusiastic audience and colorful balloons, all of these distribute youth’s vigor and passion. It is said that there’re 18 contestants in this competition, competing for the three rankings. The whole competition is intense but orderly. The judges give scores seriously. And the contestants are fully dedicated to each song, expressing their profound feelings to the enterprise. The audience burst into applause. Although this is a friendly competition, the degree of competition is unabated. Different songs show the elegant demeanor of every singer, bringing visual and auditory double shock. Ying Guojun, an unknown worker from paper product No.2 plant, won the high praise from the judges with his excellent song. Xu Xiaofei from industry NO.1 sub plant, his energetic and passionate performance, as well as lovely singing made audience choked up with emotions. Chen Ji from HR department gained the first place of this competition. Wen Yijun from paper product No.4 plant let the audience burst into applause with her emotional singing. Fans’ applause and cheering was no less than the enthusiasm of star concert. The whole competition was full of warm atmosphere, applause and cheering prolonged, pushed the competition to the climactic moment again and again.
Finally, after judges’ earnest appraisals, Chen Ji from HR department gained the first place. Xu Xiaofei from industry NO.1 sub plant, Wen Yijun from paper product No.4 plant and Wang Chaoqun from fine books sub plant gained the second place. Zheng Qihong from industry NO.1 sub plant, Liu Meiling from paper product No.2 plant, Ying Guojun from paper product No.2 plant, Wang Jiajie from Nano Company and Wang Li from paper product No.2 plant gained the third palce. Although the competition ended, joy and harmonious atmosphere eased those homesick people, let them deeply feel the warmth and happiness of Guangbo this big family.
