From January 6 to 7, Guangbo 2012 annual economic working conference was successfully held in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. The conference comprehensively summarized last year’s achievements, arranged and deployed this year’s working plan. President Wang Liping and general manager Wang Junping attended the conference and gave important speech. Group leaders, managers of each sub company, leader of each factory as well as workers' representatives, about 180 people attended the conference, which hosted by Group executive vice manager Dai Guoping.
On behalf of the company, general manager Wang Junping, gave “economic working report”, covering two parts. One is annual review of work in 2011, the other is working plan of 2012. He pointed out, current enterprise development not only faces international big environment like uncertainties of global economy and changeable market satiation, also faces domestic macro background that Inflation brings economic contraction. Since the beginning of last year, the company has faced objective economic situation at home and abroad, put forward the working policy of pragmatism, innovation and development, with improving enterprise lean management ability as the breakthrough. Combined with own actual situation, each department took measures like increasing technical innovation efforts and vigorously carrying out management, basically realized the healthy and stable growth of each economic indicators in the first half of the year. In 2012, the company will raise the overall management, constantly lay solid foundation and fulfill the working task both quantity and quality guaranteed.
At last, President Wang Liping gave the important speech at the conference. First of all, he analyzed current complicated situation at home and abroad, pointed out that in domestic situation, difficulty of financing, the general level of commodity prices still at high, high production costs these problems made middle and small enterprises face a series of problems on developing. Meanwhile, at present, the debt crisis still did not ease, world economy continues to downlink, economic situation of developed countries doesn’t look good. In general, world economic situation in 2012 still will be very tough and complicated.
President emphasized at his speech, this year is the starting year of Guangbo implementing a new round of competition, the key year of Guangbo industry transformation, even the improving year of further strengthening management. The whole company should form the good atmosphere of strengthening study, boosting capacity and promoting management. Hope management staff and backbone of business at present to grasp this rare historical opportunity.
