It is learned that this forum was hosted by Ningbo nongovernmental enterprise directors association. Guangbo Group, ShuaiKang Group and Aux Group these 18 enterprises won this title, becoming the first batch of nongovernmental enterprises winning this award.

"Enterprise do love employees, and treat them as family members. In turn, employees will  sincerely treat enterprise, and regard enterprise as own home." This is the concept of employment that Guangbo has always used.

There's no enterprise development without employees' pay. Concerning about employees, try best to help employees solve their problems and difficulties, which is enterprise's responsibility. Through the ages, Guangbo has always stressed that combine enterprise's development with employees through various measures. Besides employees' salary should be raised every year, also should consider employees' conditions.

As the saying goes,people always become extremely homesick when festivals come. Spring festival is the time when every one misses home. Working away from home for a year, all want to go back home. Every year, we charter over 20 buses and send employees home for free. For some employees coming from different places, general affairs section also need to buy train tickets and bus tickets for them.

However, is it enough by doing these? Guangbo thinks it's far from enough.

Besides solving staff dining problem from the physical level, enterprise also makes life plan, providing every employee with free dining, accommodation, haircut ticket, health check-ups and so on.

From the spiritual level, we not only arrange employees to watch basketball match and movies for free, also set up depth talk system. Every year, one leader at least needs to talk with 10 employees. The location is not at the office, but a quiet elegant environment. Ensure the communication between enterprise and employees with clear channel.
