Printing plant worker Ke Xiaoquan, won the bronze award for the national printing game in 2012.
Ke Xiaoquan, born in Huangshi, Hubei province, in May, 1984, joined Guangbo in February, 2006. He successively worked as an apprentice, the second mate, the first mate and the captain of Heidelberg printing machine of the printing workshop.
When first came to Guangbo, Ke Xiaoquan worked from the production line, strive to learn by asking questions. Through over one-year’s hard working, he has mastered each procedure of printing, and each time can accomplish the task given by the factory on time and in good quality. In 2008, he won the first place in post test, then was promoted to captain.
Whether being an apprentice or a captain, he loves what he does. What Ke Xiaoquan printing is foreign trade A kind of product, which has a strict demand on quality, must be no color difference, remain the same as customer original samples, and satisfy the customers.
Working overtime happened often. Sometimes, in order to meet tight deadlines, he had to work for 12 hours or even 16 hours a day, but no complaints. On October 1st. 2012, the company required a rush shipment. Other workers had their holidays, but he worked overtime till late night. Ke Xiaoquan not only has good business ability, but a warm-hearted person. He often helps new workers. He has 8 apprentices, and one of them has become the captain.
No pains, no gains. In 2010, Ke Xiaoquan represented the company to attend the second session of national printing game, and won the third place of Zhejiang contest. In 2012, he won the bronze award for the national printing game.
