On the afternoon of November 9,a thick yellow smoke suddenly came out from the door of Guangbo stock company’s accessories workshop. Then dozens of workers gradually ran out from the thick smoke. They were all crouched, covering the nose and mouth with towels. After running out, they gathered on the open ground in front of the workshop to communicate with the feeling of the "escape" out of the workshop. Turned out to be Guangbo Group’s annual fire safety skills mimic exercise.
According to Captain He, who’s responsible for the company’s fire safety work, the scene what we saw just now was the last part of the series of fire safety drill activities. That’s emergency evacuation escape. This practice activity included three parts. The previous two parts were the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants and fire safety knowledge test. About 100 people from all units and departments of the Group attended this activity.
It is said that Guangbo Stock company is the first batch of the province and the city's only secondary safety production standardization demonstration enterprise. The company pays great attention to the production safety work. Carrying out fire control safety skill exercise is a subject for Guangbo Group in November every year. This is the company's management system for production safety accidents, the system of fire safety management and other related regulations and in the near future on the basis of the status quo of corporate security risk assessment to make targeted specific arrangement. This year fire safety work focus on the "point" and "surface" these two aspects. Since this year, besides this fire drill activity, Guangbo has held forklift safety operation training in May and production safety knowledge lecture in August. Meanwhile, earnestly implement the safety meetings and safety inspection system. Ensure that the company organizes special inspection every month and the workshop checks itself every week.
